On September 27th, I attended Fashion In Detroit at MotorCity Casino's Sound Board theatre.
StyleShack invited me to the event. They are a platform
that connects you to neighborhood boutiques, specialty stores and unique
e-tailers. StyleShack helps you discover new retailers and make the most of your own
unique style.
When I arrived to the event, I hung out at the StyleShack lounge where I got to to meet the team and other local bloggers! Adjacent to the lounge were tables showcasing local vendors. After shopping around for a bit, I went to take my seat as the show was soon to begin.
The event was a fun filled day of fashion that showcased collections from local designers and brands in Detroit, as well as well-known designer brands. Some of the collections that were shown included the latest from Kate Spade, Intermix, Max Mara, LK Bennet, Neiman Marcus, Halston Heritage, Gucci, and Eileen Fisher!
