These Are A Few of My Favorite...Summer Essentials!

Happy Friday to all of my lovely readers! I am so happy to finally dedicate some time to my blog. I have been so busy lately with school and work.

I decided to make a post entailing things that every girl needs skin, hair, and makeup wise this summer!

I am a big fan of self tanner, especially since I have been so busy this summer thus far. With school and work, I have barely had the time to go outside and soak in the sun to get a tan haha! St. Tropez and Body Bling have been my go to self tanners to help me get that bronzy skin tone! Both brands give such a natural and beautiful glow. I love that my skin does not become blotchy and the tanners do not give off an orange color, which was a problem for me when I used to get spray tans! Whenever I apply either of these self tanners before a night out, my friends and family always compliment my tan. And hey, if Body Bling is good enough for JLo then it's good enough for me!

For a bronzer, I use the Sun 'n' Bronze Bronzing Powder by NYC. I love it because it gives me a great sun-kissed looked. And the $4.99 price tag doesn't hurt either! The Lorac TANtalizer is also a bronzer. It gives off a great shimmery color. I apply this on my cheekbones. This baked bronzer photographs really well, is long-lasting, and does not appear cakey.

The humid a hot weather, for me, is never a pretty sight for my hair. It tends to become dry and frizzy. I use Moroccanoil and Kerastase brands. I love everything by Kerastase, especially the Elixir Ultime. I use this product before, during, and/or after my shower! It softens and smooths my hair. I also get a really nice shine from it.

Lastly, let's discuss a couple of my favorite lip products! I apply my Baby Lips Chapstick everyday, all day. I love the way it makes my lips feel- so smooth & moisturized! I usually buy the ones with a tint of pink or red to give my lips just a little color throughout the day.
One of my new favorite products to use is the Lipmix by MAC. I cannot get enough of them! I love its creamy texture. I currently have the colors 'Magenta', 'Fuchsia', and 'Crimson'. These lip mixes are also so great because they are long lasting!
